Payment
All orders must be paid in full before they leave our warehouse. This applies to pickup, local delivery and freight. It includes any balance owing on pre-orders, special orders and custom tops, and any freight difference. Nothing is released, loaded or shipped until the full balance is paid.
Processing time
- In-stock items are usually ready within 1 week.
- Custom quartz tops and trims usually add about 1 week.
- Pre-order and special-order items ship when stock arrives. We'll confirm your date when you order.
Vanities, tubs, toilets and other large items
Large items go by our own team across the Lower Mainland and by freight everywhere else. Delivery is curbside. One charge covers the whole order, so any setting materials, faucets or accessories ordered with your vanity come along at no extra cost. Your exact rate shows at checkout based on your postal code.

Freight rates are subject to review. These rates cover curbside delivery to standard addresses. Remote, rural, island, northern or limited-access addresses, and locations off the carrier's regular route, may cost more. If yours does, we'll contact you with the difference before your order ships. You can pay it, switch to depot pickup or Richmond pickup, or cancel for a full refund.

Pickup – Richmond, BC (free)
Choose pickup at checkout and we'll contact you when your order is ready. Your order must be paid in full before pickup. Vanities are shipped assembled, so please bring a vehicle that fits the box and a second person to help load.
When your order arrives
- All shipments are insured for the value of your order.
- Inspect the box before you sign. Note any visible damage on the delivery receipt, because carriers deny claims that aren't noted.
- Report hidden damage within 24 hours, and missing parts or defects within 48 hours, with photos.
- Please inspect everything before installation. Claims can't be accepted once a vanity is installed.
