Ordering & options
Can I buy just the vanity, without the top or mirror?
Yes. Every vanity page has a “Cabinet Only” option, and the mirror, faucet, side splash and filler strip are all optional.
Can I use my own sink?
Our quartz tops come pre-cut for the undermount sink we supply, so a different sink usually means a custom top. Send us your sink's spec sheet and we'll tell you what's possible.
I don't like the quartz colours you stock. Can I get a custom top?
Yes. Send us a photo of the look you want. We'll check with local fabricators for remnant slabs, so you get a custom top without paying for a whole slab.
Do you measure for custom counters?
We don't do in-home measuring. We'll walk you through it step by step, or your contractor can measure for you.
When do I pay?
Every order must be paid in full before it leaves our warehouse, whether you pick it up, we deliver it, or it ships by freight. That includes any balance on pre-orders, special orders and custom tops.
Sizing & installation
How do I choose the right size?
Measure your wall space and pick a vanity that fits inside it. Each product page lists the cabinet size, the top size and the wall space it suits. Not sure? Email a photo of your current vanity and the wall to osama@orcasupply.com. We help with this daily.
My vanity goes against a side wall. Can the counter overhang be cut off so it sits flush?
Yes. We make straight cuts for $65 for one side or $100 for both, backsplash included. You can add it right on the vanity page. If the width works better, a $25 filler strip is another option.
Will my plumbing fit?
Our drawers leave space behind them for plumbing, and each product page lists the drawer clearance heights. Send us a photo of your pipes and we'll confirm.
Quality & warranty
What are your vanities made of?
3/4″ birch plywood cabinet boxes, solid hardwood face frames, real wood veneer or painted wood doors, solid wood dovetail drawer boxes, soft-close hardware and 1.25″ quartz tops. No particle board, no MDF.
Is there a warranty?
Yes. Our vanities have a 5-year limited warranty on the cabinet structure and 1 year on finishes, hardware and the quartz top. Our faucets and drains have a 2-year replacement warranty. See the full Warranty page.
How are your prices this low for real wood?
We import directly, keep our overhead low, and sell online instead of through a chain of distributors. You get custom-cabinet construction without the custom-cabinet markup.
Shipping & returns
Do you deliver?
Yes. Our own team delivers curbside across Metro Vancouver, and we ship by freight across BC and Canada. Pickup in Richmond is free. See Shipping, Delivery & Pickup for rates.
What should I check when my order arrives?
Inspect it before you sign and before you install. Our Delivery Checklist walks you through it.
Can I return something?
Yes, within 3 days, unused and in original packaging, with a 25% restocking fee. Custom and clearance items are final sale. See our Return Policy.
