Shipping policy

Payment

All orders must be paid in full before they leave our warehouse. This applies to pickup, local delivery and freight, and includes any balance owing on pre-orders, special orders and custom tops, and any freight difference. Nothing is released, loaded or shipped until the full balance is paid.

Processing

In-stock items are usually ready within 1 week. Custom quartz tops and trims usually add about 1 week. Pre-order and special-order items ship when stock arrives, and we'll confirm your date when you order.

Vanities, tubs, toilets and other large items

Delivered curbside by our own team in Metro Vancouver, and by freight across BC and Canada. One charge covers the whole order.

Thinset, leveller and 25 lb grout: free pickup in Richmond, or delivered with your vanity order.

Freight rates are subject to review. Rates cover curbside delivery to standard addresses. Remote, rural, island, northern or limited-access addresses, and locations off the carrier's regular route, may cost more. If yours does, we'll contact you with the difference before your order ships. You can pay it, switch to depot pickup or Richmond pickup, or cancel for a full refund.

Parcel items

Standard shipping is $12, and free on orders of $75 or more. Express shipping is $20. Pickup in Richmond is free and usually ready within 24 hours.

On delivery

Inspect the shipment before you sign and note any visible damage on the delivery receipt. Report hidden damage within 24 hours, and missing parts or defects within 48 hours, with photos. Claims can't be accepted once a product is installed.
