Special orders

Can't find it on the site? We can almost certainly get it. We keep our online store to the items customers buy most. As an authorized Schluter® and Riobel® dealer, we can order anything in their full Canadian ranges, plus TOTO, Delta, Acritec and other brands we carry.

How it works

1. Send us what you need. The item or model number is best, for example TKIT323EQNBK or KSLT1220S. A product name, a link or a photo works too.
2. We confirm price and lead time within one business day. Special orders are priced like the rest of our store, and most arrive in 1–2 weeks.
3. Pick up in Richmond or have it delivered along with the rest of your order. Special orders must be paid in full before they leave our warehouse.

The fastest way is a text with a photo to 778-994-4994. Or fill in the form below. Please include the brand, item number, finish and quantity.

Note: special-order items are made or shipped to order and are final sale. See our return policy.
