Every Orca vanity features:
Cabinet boxes: 3/4″ birch plywood (dimensionally stable, won’t warp)
Face frames: Solid wood (Oak)
Doors & drawer fronts: Plywood core with real wood veneer face
Drawer boxes: 5/8″ Birch plywood with dovetail joinery
Hardware: Soft-close drawer slides and hinges
Why this construction? Plywood is more stable than solid wood in humid bathrooms – it won’t expand, contract, or warp. Real wood veneer over plywood gives you the beauty of wood with superior durability.
