Returns and Refunds
Defects in the furniture must be reported within 48 hours of receiving the product. All returns must include original packaging. No packaging or damaged/ripped boxes will incur a 40% restocking fee. You may return any opened items to Orca Supply within 7 days of purchased for a 35% restocking fee. No returns or exchanges on discounted products or special order items. If that vanity or any parts purchased are damaged, we refuse the right to reject the return. Claims related to missing items, damages or defects must be made within 3 days of receiving the product.
