Returns and Refunds

• Defects in the furniture must be reported within 48 hours of receiving the product.

• All returns must include original packaging. 
• No packaging or damaged/ripped boxes will incur a 40% restocking fee.

• You may return any opened items to Orca Supply within 7 days of purchased for a 35% restocking fee.

• No returns or exchanges on discounted products or special order items.

• If that vanity or any parts purchased are damaged, we refuse the right to reject the return.
• Claims related to missing items, damages or defects must be made within 3 days of receiving the product. When you receive your shipment please inspect all items immediately.
• Claims for defects or damages cannot be made once the vanity is installed.

• The shipping cost of returning an item is the responsibility of the buyer.

• Items damaged during shipment are covered 100% by shipping insurance.

• Returned products must be in saleable condition
